Data Protection Complaints Notice

If you have concerns about how Cicely Balston has collected, used, stored or shared your personal information, you have the right to make a data protection complaint.

Complaints can be submitted by email to cicely@newground.audio

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days and investigate the matter as quickly as reasonably possible. We may contact you for further information if required to help us investigate your concerns.

Once our investigation is complete, we will provide a written response outlining our findings and any actions taken.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to raise your concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent authority for data protection.
